- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Sealed items that are unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care items)
- Products that have been damaged by the customer or used in a way other than intended
- Partial Refunds
If an item is returned in a condition that prevents full resale (e.g., opened or damaged packaging), a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
